This solution is a new revolutionary and innovative pallet inverter.
This stationary pallet Inverter is able to handle loads up to 2000 kg with a maximum height up to 2090 mm. This pallet inverter
model differs compared to the others on the market because the pallet replacement system is extremely innovative and rapid,
allowing a performance of 80 pallets / h. The pallet inverter is available in the manual version, with button panel or in the
automatic version by PLC. This model is a extremely versatile device suitable for several industrial sectors such as the
pharmaceutical, food and beverage, cosmetic, ceramic sectors, etc.

All the Toppy machinery are equipped with safety measurements to avoid work injuries, with an eye to GMP norms to ensure the
appropriate quality standards.
Our stationary pallet inverter systems are supplied with safety system that do not allow access to the operators in the area in
front of the machine. These are optional systems such as metal perimeter protection nets and safety photocells to limit access.

How does the pallet change operation take place?
The pallet change operation begins with the placement of the load, through a forklift, on the lower platform of the machine. The
operator, through the push button control panel, starts the automatic pallet change cycle. This pallet Inverter solution is
innovative and grants the performance of 80 pallet x hour.
The load is placed on the platform and next to the operator place the new pallet in position, ready for the change. The operator,
through the push button control panel, operates the upper platform in order to hold safety the products. The machine start
rotating by 120°in order to have the load upside down, in this position the platforms are opened. This operation allows the
separation of the old pallet from the products, in order to facilitate the translation of the new pallet that will take the place
of the old one. At this point, the pallet is changed, the new pallet is under the product and the old pallet is placed alongside.
The pallet change operation ends with the closing of the platform and the turning of the machine back to 0°, in order to return to
the starting position.
Some products like bags grants the possibility to do the pallet change operation without inverting the machine by 120°, the change
operation of the pallet is possible also from the start position.
