1000A 3P 4P ACB draw-out/ fixed type Air circuit breaker

 

The 1000 universal circuit breaker(hereinafter referred to as circuit breaker) has a rated current ranged from 200A to 1000A, and a rated operating voltage of 400V and 690V, AC,50Hz. It is mainly used in distribution networks to distribute power and protect circuit and power supply unit from damage due to fault such as overload, under voltage, short circuit, single phase earthling. It can also be used for infrequent conversion of circuit under normal condition. In addition, it can be used for selective protection with accurate operation and avoid unnecessary power failure, improving reliability of power supply.

Standards met: GB14048.2, IEC60947-2.

 

Normal operating conditions and installation conditions

 

1. Ambient air temperature:

The upper limit shall not exceed +40℃ and the lower limit shall be-5℃, and the average temperature in 24 hours shall not exceed +35℃.

Notes: circuit breaker to be used at ambient air temperature higher than+40℃ or lower than-5℃ shall be designed and used in accordance with relevant product standards(if applicable) or agreements between the manufacturer and user.

2. The altitude of the installation site shall not exceed 2000m.

3. The relative humidity of the atmosphere does not exceed 50% at a maximum temperature of +40 C.A little higher relative humidity is allowed at a lower temperature, for example,90% at 20 C. For condensation phenomenon arising due to changes in temperature, special measures should be taken.

4. Pollution grade: grade lll.

5. The installation type of the circuit breaker is IV, while installation type of auxiliary circuits is lll except that the installation type of under voltage trip unit coil and transformer or power supply module primary side coil of intelligent controller are the same with that of circuit breaker.

6. Installation condition: the circuit breaker shall be installed as required in this manual, with its vertical gradient not more than 5°.
