Complete accompanying documents including installation manual shall be delivered together with the elevator equipment in the container;
Remote technical support can be obtained through e-mail, WeChat, video, etc;
If necessary, technicians will be dispatched “paid” to the job site to help you according to your needs.
2. Spare parts and guarantee:
We will provide you with free vulnerable parts delivered with the container;
If any parts are damaged due to quality problems within 13 months after the date of the B / L, we will send a new replacement after confirmation.
3. Package:
Wooden boxes and bundles are standard export packages.
4. Time of payment:
T/T at sight or L/C.
5. Delivery time:
20-30 working days after signing the contract and receiving the deposit;
