Graphite Petroleum Coke
High-quality green petroleum coke is taken into Acheson furnace for graphitization with temperature around 2500-3600°C. In the process of high temperature graphitization, the content of sulfur and nitrogen is discharged to below 0.03%. This product, with lower sulphur, nitrogen, ash, volatile matter, moisture and high fixed carbon content, is ideal recarburizer for steelmaking and foundry industries.

Rizhao Hengqiao Carbon Co., Ltd. is mainly committed to the production and sale of graphitized petroleum coke (GPC), calcined petroleum coke(CPC) and silicon carbide etc. We have more than 500 employees,headquarter is located in Rizhao Shandong China, Rizhao Ninefine Trading Co.,Ltd is our trading company.
We start carbon material business since 2008, Until now, our products have been sold to more than 20 countries like India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Thailand, Southeast Asia, Japan, Korea, Germany, the Netherlands, Italy, Turkey, the United States, Mexico etc.

We own 3 CPC plants in Shandong province with annual capacity of 400000. tons, and the production covers low sulphur and high sulphur CPC.
4 of our GPC plants in Inner Mongolia and Gansu province can supply low sulphur(0.03%max) low nitrogen(0.03%max) GPC and all other kinds of GPC and Semi-GPC with different specifications, our annual production capacity for GPC is around 200000 tons.
Our silicon carbide are produced in Gansu factory, where we mainly provide the 90% SIC and 98% SIC and other grades of silicon carbide with different sizes. annual capacity of this material is around 50000 tons.
In addition, to match our export business, we built two screening & packing factories with annual capacity of 50000 tons in Tianjin nearby the Xingang port, so we can send goods to the loading port conveniently and timely.
What’s more, we also equipped carbon electrode paste(CEP) production workshop, providing customized CEP products anytime.
