e-Fresh is an agent that absorbs and decomposes ethylene gas and VOCs to maintain freshness and prevent mold when storing fruits and vegetables for long periods of time.
Fruits and vegetables can be delivered to the consumer in a very fresh state, as the compounds that cause them to rot and grow moldy are absorbed and decomposed.
e-Fresh keeps fruits and vegetables fresh by absorbing and decomposing ethylene gas and VOCs (volatile organic compounds).
