The vacuum drying box adopts analogue engineering digital technology to control the vacuum, and manual control has long been a history. Do you also think that the manual lever operated valve can accurately control the vacuum degree in twenty-first Century? Through the solenoid valve fully automatic digital control of the vacuum, to provide you with more accurate and effective vacuum control. Through the panel, the vacuum degree is adjustable from 0Pa to 105Pa with adjustable precision of 1pA. The sensor uses resistive silicon tube pressure sensor, so as to ensure a stable pressure value, not affected by the air flow, the stable pressure value to the vacuum controller LED display screen. With the corresponding high power vacuum pump, the minimum vacuum in the vacuum box can reach the level of 10Pa below military level.

Now OTS has its main production base in Dongguan, a branch in Suzhou and offices in South Asia, Europe, USA. OTS also owns an independent laboratory which exhibits all currently produced machines under CNAS calibration, so customers can check the function and quality immediately. Equipped with over 30 workers in a metal plate department, OTS is capable to produce customized shells; What’s more, OTS has enough stock to satisfy customers need in time. In the meanwhile, every machine must be examined for 3~days before shipment and with lifetime maintenance service.

Every machine from our factory has a 14-month warranty after shipment. Generally, we offer 12 months for the FREE
