Ceria Stabilized Zirconia Beads
The ceria stabilized zirconia beads are made from a combination of tough, high strength, Tetragonal Zirconia Polycrystal (TZP)materials. These tighter microstructures can enhance wear resistance in the milling process.
Features:
A.High density, super surface toughness, not broken, compact internal structure.
B.The product can be used in the ambient conditions. Whether higher temperature, or higher viscosity, or various chemical liquids,it can be competent all.
C.Long lifespan: 30 times longer life than glass beads, 6 times than zirconium silicate beads.
Applicable industry:
A.It has high wear-resistance and a black gray color, so there is no contamination caused by the color of beads. It is being used for TiO2 makers that require a true white color.2.
It is suitable for high-efficiency horizontal mills.
B.To prevent pollution: medicine, food, cosmetics.
