A: Yes, the hair is cut from one donor with full cuticle aligned, no acid bath, natural unprocessed.
Q2. Will the hair shedding or tangle? How long does the hair last?
A: The hair is double weft weaving with no shedding. And as virgin cuticle aligned with no tangle.With proper care (clean and condition the hair regularly, the hair will last 3 year.
Q3. How many bundles do I need?
For average head size, here is my suggestion:
12"-14":2 bundles
16"-20":3 bundles
22"-28":4 bundles or more
Q4. How do I know if the hair is human hair?
Human hair has natural protein. It is easy to tell by burning and smell: When it is burnt, human hair has white smoke and smells like wool burnt, and it turns to ash.
Q5. I paid the order yesterday, why the vendor has not sent the goods?
We will ship the hair within 24 hours after receiving your full payment.
Q6. I cancelled my order, why I still do not receive the refund?
A: After the order is cancelled, it takes about 7 working days for aliexpress to process the refund.
Q7. What is your Returns/ Exchange policy?
A: All returns will be considered on a case by case basis. All hair must be in the original packaging with all labels still attached. Unravelled or used bundles could not be returned or exchange.
