Its paper release agent has the advantages of acid resistance, alkali resistance, hard water resistance, strong water solubility, stable emulsion, no dilution of water in any proportion, no demulsification, no agglomeration, long shelf life, high solid content and good dispersibility. | ||||||||

Printing ink: | HG-1540 can improve the friction resistance of water-based printing ink and reduce the friction coefficient on the surface of printed matter. | ||||||
Paper and paperboard coating: | HG-1540 is emulsified from very hard wax, so it can be used together with film forming agent to improve the resistance of paper surface to abrasion and mechanical action. | ||||||
Polyurethane coating: | HG-1540 can improve the friction resistance of waterborne polyurethane coating, such as the sealant of parquet floor. | ||||||
Textile finishing: | HG-1540 is hard and low friction, combined with the high stability of lotion, so that it can be used as an ideal textile auxiliary to improve the sewing property, friction resistance and tear strength of the finished fabric。 | ||||||
Usage:
Spray the oxidized polyethylene wax lotion evenly on the surface of leather fabric. It is recommended to add 5%~10%. The specific amount should be adjusted according to your company's system.
Differentiation:
The higher the density of oxidized polyethylene wax lotion, the better the melting point, the harder the film, and the finer the particle size. The better the quality, the finer the texture, and the better the effect.
