A1. LangFan: All orders will be strict with the steps below:
① During production inspection. (QC will do the inspection during the production line.)
② Final inspection (Quality testing by QC and Technical team)
③ Pre-shipment inspection(Packaging check and loading supervision)
At each step, nonconforming products are selected for reproduction.
Q3. Customer: What are your price terms?
A3. LangFan: Normally FOB(free on board), CIF(cost insurance and freight), EX-work.
Q4. Customer: What are your payment terms?
A4. LangFan: Generally T/T 30% deposit, the balance should be paid by T/T before shipment.
Q5. Customer: May I get your samples for free?
A5. LangFan: Sure, you will get our free sample. But you should pay for the freight.
Q6. Customer: How soon can I get the sample?
A6. LangFan: within 3-5 days for stock samples.
Q7. Customer: Can you produce the goods as customer design?
A7. LangFan: Veitop: Welcome. If you send us the design or sample, we will calculate the cost and unit price for you soon.
