1.How can I get the price?
-We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry detail(Except weekend and holidays).
-If you are very urgent to get the price, please email us or contact us in other ways so that we can offer you a quote faster.
2. Can I buy samples placing orders?
Sorry, no. Because we are selling machines, it is quite big & valueable. But we can seal your packaging samples for testing before you place order.
3. What's your payment terms?
Re: 40% in advance, and 60% before shipment.(Negotiable for different machines).
4.What is your lead time?
It depends on the machine type & order quantity and the season you place the order. Usually we can ship within 15 days for standard machine & small quantity, and about 30-35 days for automatic filling line machines or large quantity.
5.What is your payment term?
T/T,L/C, Western Union, MoneyGram, and Paypal. This is negotiable.
6.What is the shipping method?
-It could be shipped by sea, by air or by express(EMS,UPS,DHL,TNT,FEDEX and ect).

7.Do you have user's manual or operation video for us to know more about the machine?
Of course, we have user's manual & video of every machine, please feel free to contact us, we will send you corresponding video to you.
8.How can we make sure about the machine quality after we put the order?
We will make repeated machine testing with your packaging materials before delivery, we will send you the machine pictures and testing videos for you to check the quality, and also you can arrange quality inspection by yourself or by your friends in China.
9.Is engineer available to serve oversea?
Yes, we will send 1~2 technicians to guide the customer debugging the machine and train the operators. But you shall cover the visa cost, international round trip tickets, local accommodation and meal, traffic, etc, besides, you shall pay salary as the remuneration of the technicians.
10.Is online after sales service available once machines have problems?
Yes, when there are some small problems, we will create a chat group with you & our technician to fix it or monitor, then we can help to solve the problems easily.
When there is some repair parts needed, we will send to you by DHL/FedEx express.
