Precautions for pump use
1、Working selection: 1. When selecting the pump, its rated pressure should be appropriately higher than the working pressure to ensure the service life of the pump and the normal operation of the system. 2. The operating speed shall conform to the specified value of the pump.
2、connect： 1. The connection between the vane pump drive shaft and the output of the prime mover should preferably use an elastic coupling, with different shaft degrees not greater than 0.05mm, and the deflection of the two axes not greater than 5 °. Direct belt pulley driving is not allowed. 2. When installing the vane pump, be sure to confirm the rotation direction of the pump.
3、Tubing：The oil inlet and outlet pipes must match the pump. The suction range shall not be greater than 50cm.
4、start-up：During initial use or operation after long-term storage, the pump shall be filled with clean working oil before starting, otherwise it is not allowed to start. After inching start, it shall first run for half an hour without load. If there is no adverse phenomenon, it shall be gradually adjusted to the required pressure. If the pump is found to have abnormal temperature rise, leakage, vibration and noise during operation, it shall be stopped immediately for inspection. When stopping, it shall be unloaded first and then stopped.
5、medium：1. When installing the hydraulic pipeline and no parts, it must be strictly kept clean. The pipeline shall be free of any free sundries. The solid pollution particles in the hydraulic oil are most likely to aggravate the wear of the surface of the other parts moving relative to the hydraulic pump. In particular, granular impurities with a certain hardness shall be removed. 2.A filter shall be installed at the oil inlet of the pump, and the recommended accuracy is 100 μ m. There shall be sufficient oil flow. Precision filter shall be set in the system, with recommended precision of 15-25 μ m。 3.Suitable hydraulic oil shall be selected according to the service conditions, and 32 # - 68 # ordinary hydraulic oil is
6、tank：The oil tank shall be designed with reasonable volume to ensure that the pump can work under normal oil temperature. A partition shall be set in the tank to eliminate air bubbles caused by oil return. The oil tank shall be properly sealed to prevent impurities or dust from polluting the oil medium.
