a modern enterprise who always dedicates and concentrates
on knitwear R&D, design, production and
sales & marketing.
We established a full set of production process in our own factory,
including pattern making, sample making, computer knitting, dial linking, trimming, first quality checking, steam pressing, second quality checking, mending, ,final quality checking and packing.
We develop more than 100 new designs every month.
We have more than 200 employees, 80 sets leading computer knitting machines, capable to produce 120,000 pieces knit sweaters per month.
We have internal quality control team who are
independent from production management system, and
conducts very strict quality control on every production procedure and each piece of products.
In order to enhance efficiency and cost control, we
follow practice of ISO9001, BSCI, ERP systems,
as well as JIT principle.
