SIX Steps to DIY Your Own Neon sign with separately Neon Flex strip tube with S shape LED Strip
Step 1-Acrylic carving

Step 3-Connection wires
Ensure that the solder joints are round and have no spurs, and blow out foreign objects on the PCB board to avoid the risk of short circuits;
Step 4-install silicone tubes
Cut silicone tubes with our hand tools;Silicone tubes can be locked into acrylic without any glue process；
Step 5-Neon sign Aging
Aging time： 12-24 hours；When aging, check whether the led strip has dark spots, and leave all problems in the factory to solve;
Step 6-install neon sign
Common installation methods are hoisting and wall installation. For outdoor use, you need to add a waterproof process;
