Features
1.One of our biggest innovation in ball mills is the internal cooling method.By having this unique feature,the machine is able to maintain constant cooling temperature,reduce energy consumption.It is environmental friendly by recycling cooling water,saving energy and reducing noise level.Traditionally,the ball mill is commonly equipped with external cooling system which is fast in cooling,easy to operate.
2.The integration of ball mill body and chassis makes the installment and movement of the machine much easier.This design allows directly installation of the machine on the base ground.
3.Using a good transmission---Gear reducer-gear,this transmission have a high efficiency and stable performance.
4.The ball mill uses variable-frequency drive,which reduces the instantaneous current transmission of the motor at the time of start,so as to improve the motor's shelf time.After using the frequency converter,the grinding speed of ball mill can be easily controlled according to different production requirement.
