Japanese shochu is a type of clear distilled liquor made from ingredients such as barley, rice, and potatoes. Among them, "Toki no Tabibito" is a masterpiece that has been rested for a long time in a jar placed in a cave connected to Furen Limestone Cave, which is said to be the most beautiful in Japan. Inside the quiet cave, the humidity and temperature change little throughout the year, making it the perfect environment for storing shochu.
It was named "Toki no Tabibito" (time traveler) because of its long-aged product characteristics. You can enjoy various ways of drinking, such as on the rocks, with water, and hot, with a refreshing yet deep flavor that makes the most of the taste of the ingredients. Product Usage




"MUGI" made from barley
We used unblended whiskey made from carefully selected barley, aged and stored for more than 3 years, and blended using our unique manufacturing method. Long-term oak barrel storage liquor with fine flavor and mellow and deep taste.






"KOME" made from rice
We pursued the deliciousness of rice by using the same low temperature and three-stage brewing as sake brewing. After careful distillation, this long-term storage rice shochu is aged for a long period of time and quietly stored in earthenware jars in mountain caves.






"IMO" made from potatoes
We use “Kogane Sengan” potatoes from Kagoshima Prefecture and traditional black rice malt. In addition to the original sweetness and mellow aroma of potatoes, it has a soft mouthfeel that is easy for women to drink.
