La Biere du Demon Beer

Launched in 1982, LA BIERE DU DEMON is the pioneer of strong beers in France. Today it is still one of the most renowned strong beers in the world (LA BIERE DU DEMON is one of the 700 best beers in the world listed in the book GREAT BEERS by Tim Hampson).

 

Blonde beer of very high density. Brewed with a quantity of malt greater than that which commonly enters the composition of a beer, seeded with a special yeast, subjected to a fermentation of about 15 days, and finally put in long storage for a month. Its powerful alcoholic aroma, its sweetness and its refreshing side make it a wonderful aperitif beer. It is blond, dense, tasty and long in the mouth.

Alcohol content: 12%

 

In its 16% version, this extra strong bottom-fermented beer with a blond color has a medium bitterness, a syrupy nose and mouth whose aromatic bouquet is supported by the alcoholic power, it has a warm length in the mouth.
