ASSEMBLY
We pack the table bases separately so that they can reach safely in the cargo.It will reach you with the holes for the legs of the table pre-drilled.We send the screw, hex key required for assembly. After tightening the screws with the hex key, your table will be ready.We provide details instructions that walk you through step by step how to assemble! If you have any questions we are more than happy to help!
METAL LEG
These rustic metal feet are very sturdy. It is durable up to 200 kg. Painted with Powder Paint. It is resistant to impacts. Thanks to its 4 protective underfoot, it never damages the floor.
CARE
Clean when needed with a soft cloth following the grain pattern, after removing the possible abrasive dust particles. Clean it periodically with a moist cloth. Dry immediately with soft cloth following wood grains. Remove stains using a mild mixture of water and detergent. The furniture should not be subjected to excessive humidity, heat or direct sunlight. Before we get to the wood, let’s give the tree some credit. Suar Wood comes from a tree called the “Rain Tree“. The scientific name for this tree is Albizia Saman. Although that’s a random name, the tree in itself has a perfectly shaped design. An overarching dome that is majestic and forms a protective layer around the entire area it covers. The tree can also grow up to 80 feet tall!
The wood that comes from this tree is something else. The qualities and properties of this wood make it one of the most versatile products for furniture making. Suar Wood is strong, durable or very durable, with a light yellow sapwood and rich dark chocolate-brown heartwood. The rich colour and beautiful but subtle grain of the heartwood, resembling black walnut makes wood from larger trees highly prized for the table top. The wood is often cross-grained making it highly sought after for its robustness. It is also highly resistant to decay and termites. Suar Wood only requires basic maintenance such as soap & water to maintain its grandeur.
Freshly cut timber contains around 70%-80% moisture. We remove the free water through air drying to reduce the moisture to 30%. When the moisture comes down to 30%, it becomes more difficult to bring down the moisture. Therefore it needs to be put in our Kiln Dry to help bring down the moisture below 12% for domestic use as opposed to many of our industry peers of 18-25%. This minimizes expansion and contraction of the wood over the seasons. It will also be free from warping, buckling & moisture related defects.

How do we order furniture and handicraft from you? The simplest way to do it is just visit our online catalog, send us the list of item codes that you want us to quote, and we will send you a quotation within 24 hours. You can then modify this quotation, i.e. modifying the quantity number, the size (dimension) of the items, the finish colors, and then send back to us. We will then reply to you again with the modifying you requested.
Is there any minimum order quantity ?
For retail and wholesale trade, there’s no minimum order.
How many days of delivery if I placed my order?
60 days for first initial/trial order after receiving deposit payment. Afterward, 12 x 40′ FCL can be shipped every month based on regular order.
What about Payment Terms?
50 % deposit should be wired upon order confirmation, and 50% must be paid at the time of shipment or
delivery / before we send all documents.
Do you ship your products worldwide and what about freight forwarder and shipping?
We will sincerely help you arranging the shipment. We are in very good cooperation with many reliable freight forwarders and shipping lines. We can get the best rate and service on this. Or, you are pleased to nominate the forwarder or shipping lines on your side. Can I order my furniture in a different finish than shown? Yes, it is possible to order furniture with different color as our usual and standard color as shown on our finishes. Therefore we do need a sample of board with specific color requested to avoid any mismatch. When we receive your sample, we will remake those sample and send them back to you.
