The company is runned by the second generation. The beginnings where in a drugstore in Barcelona making and selling powdered pigments to artists. Later started the oil manufacturing by the demand of the artists of Barcelona. The Oil paints started to get a great name and popularity between the artists and expanded all over the country. After several historical events such as the Spanish civil war and the fire of one of the factories, the range of colours expanded. Nowadays the company is well known in Spain and has expanded in Europe having great clients around the world.
JAURENA SA is specialist in all kind of products for Fine art, DIY, Crafts, Creative Leisure, Scale Modelling and Restoration.
It has its own laboratory and R&D department that allows to create infinte possibilities of paints and solutions for any case
The factory is located in Hospitalet del Llobregat, Barcelona near the airport and harbour.
