India is one of the largest producers and suppliers of fresh onions worldwide. Onions from India are available all year long and are known for their flavor and spiciness. Onions are one of the most used vegetabes around the globe.

Indian onions are harvested in two crop cycles. One begins in November and runs through January, while the other runs until May.

Maharashtra, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Bihar, Andhra Pradesh, Rajasthan, Haryana, and Telangana are the major onion-producing states.

Nasik district of Maharashtra state is the most famous place when it comes to the growing region for Indian onions.

Indian onions are mainly red in color and round or oval in shape. However, yellow and white onions are also available. Red Onions are available in different sizes staring from small to 65mm+ and more.

The main destinations of Indian onions are Bangladesh, Nepal, Srilanka, Malaysia, Oman, Qatar, UAE etc.

Jute bags and Polypropylene (PP) bags of different capacities are used as per the requirements of the importers of the different nations.

During the export of onions, transportation is done by road using trucks (capacity: 21 MT, 25 MT, 30 MT) and by water through the ships using 40 feet reefer containers (Payload capacity: 27.70 MT), 40 feet high cube reefer containers (Payload capacity: 29.52 MT).

Onions can be shipped by air too, if the required quantity is less.

We procure the best quality agri commodities directly from the farmers or manufacturers. Then, we sort and pack the products as per our client's requirement and make them ready for shipping at the earliest.
