Uve Bianche Gran Riserva
Uve Bianche Gran Riserva is a noble grape spirit aged over 3 years in Limousin oak barrels. Gloriously rich floral and fruit notes are a perfect foil for the delicate scents of grapes. The palate, well-evolved and with pronounced yet smooth tannins, displays a refined sweetness well complemented by toasted almond, honey, and vanilla. The traditional single-batch, bain-marie pot-still process, the rigorous Da Ponte Method (1896).

THE FIRST DISTILLERY WHICH ADOPT ECO-SUSTAINABLE TECHNOLOGIES
Andrea Da Ponte was the first distillery in Italy to adopt environmentally sustainable technologies, starting already in the 80s. Now the production site has a 110KW photovoltaic system, systems for the energy recovery of heat, for the purification of effluents and fumes, and boasts the degree of emissions close to zero. A particular pride of the company are biomass boilers (mainly composed of skins and seeds) and the consequent production of biogas, a choice that once again highlights the ability to anticipate the times and the concrete respect for nature.
