Tarboya warrants TY17738D Pneumatic Stamping Hammer will not have any material or manufacturing defects for the period of 6 months from the date of delivery. The warranty for flawless function of the goods and the materials used is granted for the period of 6 months from the date of delivery of the goods.

Tarboya undertakes to remove any possible defects covered by the warranty free of charge and without undue delay, so that the buyer of the goods can use the product properly. Should the buyer exercise rights arising form the liability for the defects which are not covered by the warranty, he/she shall pay all related costs.

Tarboya’s  warranty shall be deemed void in the event of:
