Equipment Introduction

This equipment is suitable for the extraction of essential oils (volatile oils) of herbaceous woody plants. The equipment adopts a steam distillation device for water distillation to effectively extract plant essential oils and plant volatile oil components. The collection of various volatile aromas of plants is relatively significant.

The equipment adopts steam extraction method, put the raw materials in the distillation extraction tank, and then pass the saturated steam into it. At this time, the essential oil containing aromatic components in the plant body will diffuse into the steam, forming an azeotrope of oil and water Afterwards, the azeotrope is cooled. Since the essential oil is insoluble in water, the essential oil is separated through a special oil-water separator, thereby obtaining a high concentration of plant essential oil.
