CX-GF- 20/30 VT is vertical top loading induction heating furnace with round hot zone shape. This model is ideal for various research applications and new materials development. Simple operation and easy maintenance process of this furnace, save time and budget in research projects. With maximum operating temperature of 3200 ℃, this model can be used for many applications.
Graphitization process
The high-temperature graphitization furnace is mainly used in the carbon material industry to provide a high-temperature thermal field protected by an inert gas to convert thermodynamically unstable carbon atoms from a disordered layer structure to an ordered graphite crystal.
Main Application:
Carbon/carbon brake discs, carbon-carbon plates, crystal furnace crucibles, hot-pressing molds, high-temperature heating elements/fasteners, thermal field materials, graphite products, carbon paper, carbon cloth, graphene, carbon nanotubes, heat-conducting films, etc.
During the R&D stage, you can send materials to us for heat treatment in our 3000℃ furnace to verify the process and material properties.
