 - Vietnam fragrant 100% broken white rice is produced from Jasmine, KDM varieties.  Broken rice is taken from the head of the rice grain while grinding broken rice, the fragments of the head of the rice is called 100% broken white rice. And as it is known, this is the place that contains many embryos and rice bran, many nutritional ingredients so that when using 100% broken white rice to cook rice is usually better than normal rice

                 

 

- 100% broken white rice is a rice grade that is made up of 14% bran and meal, 20% husk, 15% broken rice, and 50% brown rice

 

- Broken rice is often used for weight management and increasing the potassium in a person’s diet. With an increased potassium intake comes a steadier heart rhythm.

 

- Broken rice is often used as a side dish to curries and a wide selection of vegetable, fish, and meat dishes. When it is aged, long grain broken white rice has a stronger taste, making broken rice an excellent pairing for a lot of stir-fried, sauteed, grilled, and fried food

 

                                          

 

-  In Asian countries, 100% broken white rice tends to be cheaper than unbroken rice. Nevertheless, broken rice is often more expensive than unbroken rice in western countries like America

 

- Average particle length is approximately : 6.2 mm. The amylase content is very high 26% (> 25%). When cooked the rice is slightly broken and dry but the taste is slightly sweet and porous.
