Usage Scope :
Thermal reflux extractor and concentrator is applicable to the extraction and concentration of Chinese natural plant ,like leaf ,stem ,flower ,seed ,root ,fruits , tea and natural products ,like food additive ,and the recovery of volatile aromatic oil, with the output of the extraction solution concentration in semi-solid status ,the ptorduct proportion density reach 1.1-1.38.

Thermal reflux extractor and concentrator is incoprated the extractor tank functions and evaporator functions together ,so this equipments can extractor the herbal raw material and also can evaporator the water and solvent from the extraction solution too. so it have the advantagous as below point

Thermal reflux extractor and concentrator Working principle:
The extractor solution outlet from the bottom of the extractor tank to the single effect concentrator to evaporate,and the
evaporated solvent condenser then reflux back to the extractor tank as the fresh solvent . The fresh solvent mixture with the solution completely and evaporate again,till to extractor all the activity ingredents from the raw material herbs .
