A: Usually for sample order 3-15 days, for bulk order, its 3-5 weeks depending on order quantity and design.

A: Yes, we do support OEM/ODM, we have experienced R&D team who can understand your designs at ease and customize it as per your taste.
Q What are your payment terms, any convenient and safe way for our buyers?
A: We can accept payments from PayPal or bank wire transfer.
Q: How do you do shipping? Is it safe?
A: We usually send goods by FEDEX or UPS between value of $300-$50000. If the value is under $300, we can use EMS/post office. They are all safe and fast, it usually take 6-7 working days for you to get the goods.
Q: If I paid for your company, how do I know if you sent out my goods ?
A: After you paid, we will arrange products and shipment soon. Once the goods are shipped, we will send you the tracking number which allows you to track your package location anytime.
Q: What's the sample policy?
A: If its our existing design, we will just charge you sample price and ship the sample. But if its a new design, we charge you a refundable one-time $50 development charge + the price of the sample. This $50 is adjustable if we get the bulk order for that design.

A:You are always welcome to visit our factory in Jaipur, India. We can also give you a virtual tour of our factory by scheduling a zoom/ WhatsApp call.
