Products Description


1. Uncoiler


Un-Coiler is the important equipment of entrance section of pipe mill line, mainly used to hold steel strip to make coils unfold, supplying raw material for the production line.



2. Flattener


Flattener is used to flat the ends of steel strip after Uncoiler, includes the Pinching Roll and Flattening Roll. providing the convenience for the next processing Shear & Butt Welding Device.



3. Shear & Butt Welding Device


Shear & Butt Welding is used to shear the irregular ends of steel strip and weld steel strips of two coils together. Thus ensuring the continuous production.



4.Accumulator


The accumulator is used to store the steel strip material before it is delivered to pipe forming machines, thus ensuring the continuous production.



5. Forming section


This is one of the most important part for Pipe production line. Please kindly inform your following information, so that we will prepare the suitable Proposal offer for your checking.
1. Raw material.(Such as Carbon Steel/ Stainless Steel...etc)
2. Steel thickness range.
3.Pipe diameter specifications. It's better that you can send the pipe specification list.
4.Your required production speed.



6. Welding section


For welding of low carbon and high strength steel pipe welding(Round pipe, Square & Rectangular tube), stainless steel pipe welding, brass welding, Aluminum Pipe welding, H-beam welding, Finned tube welding. Welding methods: Induction welding and Contact welding.



7.Sizing section






8. Cutting saw


Cold cutting saw can reach high precious even within +/-1.0mm and the pipe end is smooth without burr.



9. Automatic Packing machine


Automatic packing machine is used to colloct, stack steel pipe into hexagon or Square Shape, and bundle automatically. It runs stably without mannual operation. Meanwhile, eliminate the noice and knocking of stock of steel pipes. Our packing line can improve your pipes quality and production efficiency, reduce cost, as well as eliminate potential safety hazard.
