1.Q: Are you a factory or trading company?

2.Q: Can I put my design logo on the items?
A: Sure, we can put your own logo on your items, we have beem customizing and relabeling in clothing line for more than 5 years.
Normally we print the logos by heat transfer. Please send your logo design to us for sampling.
3.Q: Can I get a lower price if I place a large order?
A: Yes, cheaper prices with larger orders.
4.Q: Can I get a sample before bulk order & what's your sample policy?
A: Yes, we are happy to make samples for your testing before you place large order. For this is our first cooperation with each
other. we will charge fees each sample. But the sample fee just a symbol,We will return double of samples costs to you in your
next bulk order.
5.Q: If I change my mind, can I add or remove items from the order?
A:Yes, but you need to let us know as soon as possible. Changes can be made within 2 days (China time) after the order is confirmed, and cannot be changed after the time is exceeded. Because your order is already on our production line, we cannot change it.
6.Q: What is the shipping cost? Which kind of shipping option can be chose?
A: All price shown on the website is just the clothes price, shipping cost extra.
Shipping cost is calculated by the weight and distance.
