HART Vortex / Swirl Flowmeter  

H880TH is designed for HART vortex/swirl flowmeters with pressure and temperature compensation function.

Used for Piezo sensor

 Power supply:  12 -32VDC

  Output:  4~20mA with HART (2-wire)

  Input frequency ranges :0.5Hz ~ 4KHz

  Operating temperature:  

        -20°C~ +70°C(with LCD) 

        -40°C~ +85°C(without LCD) 

  Intrinsically Safe:EXiaⅡCT6 

 

 

 

Configuration:	Flow mode, Flow unit, Range (Qmax), Density, Display, etc.
Alarm:	Low alarm will output 3.8mA, high alarm will output 22.0mA.
K-Factor linearity:	H880TH provides 2 to 5 points k-Factor correction.
Local adjust functions:	Setting flow range and unit, Density, Flow mode, damping, alarm, and data recovery etc.
LCD display:	The first line shows the instantaneous flow. The second line shows the totalized flow. The third line can display the percentage, loop current, temperature, pressure, density and so on.
Perfect compensation:	H880TH supports real-time temperature and pressure compensation for gas, and supports the international standard of steam density table, temperature and pressure compensation for over heat steam, pressure compensation or temperature compensation for saturated steam.
Restore factory settings:	If the damping value entered is ‘05678’, it will automatically perform ‘restore factory settings’. (Manufacturers need to perform ‘Data Backup’ operation.)
Temperature trim:	High trim and low trim easily.
Pressure trim:	High trim and low trim easily.
H880TH has a power-down data protection function and a flow accumulation function.

 

Terminal Board Wiring

The terminal board is used for connects the external power supply, output pulse, the external pressure sensor and temperature sensor.

H880 Products model series:  

1, H880WJ:  4~20mA with HART, Pulse output.

2, H880BR:  Battery-powered, or 4-wire with RS485. Work time up to 5 years with a ER34615.

3, H880TH:4~20mA with HART, Pulse output. Support external temperature and pressure sensor.

4, H880TBR:Battery-powered, or 4-wire with RS485. Support external temperature and pressure sensor. Work time up to 3 years with a ER34615.

5, P880TH:P880TH product replaces the HART protocol of H880TH with PROFIBUS-PA protocol.
