Soak for up to 24 hours in clean water. Drain, replace with fresh water and boil until a consistent "Gel"-like appears. Blend, allow to cool and take a minimum of 1 desert scoop per day. Add directly to shakes, hot water, stews, soups and salads or as desired. Store: In a glass container and keep refrigerated. Purple Moss gel will last 2-3 weeks in the refrigerator.
