Product description of safety back pressure valve:
Back pressure valve
It is installed on the positive pressure discharge pipeline of the metering pump to prevent the occurrence of siphonage and eliminate the change in dosing amount caused by the pressure fluctuation at the dosing point. Remove the protective cap on the adjusting screw on site, rotate the adjusting screw, and adjust to the required pressure with the help of the pressure gauge in the pipeline. The back pressure can be set within the range of 0-0.6Mpa through the adjusting screw. Used in conjunction with a pulse damper to reduce damage caused by water hammer to the system, maintain a constant pressure from the pump outlet to the back pressure valve, and maintain a constant flow rate in the system.
Safety valve
The diaphragm and valve core are pressed against the valve seat by an internal spring. When the pressure in the system pipeline exceeds the preset pressure, the diaphragm and valve core are jacked up, and the medium is discharged to the return pipe and container. On site, the pressure can be set within the range of 0-1.0Mpa using the pressure gauge in the pipeline through adjusting screws. The relief pressure is generally set to be 0.1-0.2Mpa higher than the system pressure, and the pressure regulation of the safety valve is not allowed to exceed the pressure of the metering pump, Generally, the installation should be as close as possible to the outlet of the pump, and there should be no other valves between the pump and the safety valve. Protect the safety of the pump and the normal operation of the system.
