Q: What do I do if I want to return an item ordered directly from the Swimline website?
A: You may return a product within 30 days if it is unused & in original condition/packaging for a full refund less the shipping. You are responsible for the cost of the return shipping charges.
Q: My Test Strips/Test Kits have an expired date on them. Is this an expiration date?
A: This is NOT an expiration date. This date specifies the time that the product was manufactured. Test strips and kits are good for two years after the date shown.
Q: What are the weight restrictions for your inflatable products?
A: Our average size float can hold a full size adult weighing up to 200lbs. Please refer to the age restriction on the box for further guidance. If the float is meant for infants, please restrict use to that age specification.
Q: Can I buy a liner or cover from this website?
A: Swimline is the sole manufacturer & does not sell liners & covers direct to consumer. Contact your local or online retailer to purchase a liner or cover!
