HAVERSTING PROCESS OF BLUE LOTUS FARM
Having the opportunity to come to our Blue Lotus Farm on these days, it is not difficult to see the image of lotus tea makers getting up early in the morning to row a small boat to the middle of the lake, skillfully collecting each wet lotus bud.






HOW TO POUR?
- Rinse the cup with boiling water. -
- Remove the lotus leaf, separate the lotus petals, take the white tea and lotus rice, and put the yellow tassels into the kettle. 1 lotus tea bud is 1 big teapot, if few people drink, you give ½ tea flower.
- Wake up tea: Fill the tea with water, then shake the kettle gently and pour the water out immediately.




















FREEZE - DRYING PROCESS 
When harvesting, separate the calyx and ask for parts of the flower, then dry it directly in the sun for 1 day, bring it right into the house to avoid the artichoke flower getting wet with dew. Drying will help red artichokes dry faster. When drying artichokes at a temperature of about 50 - 70 degrees Celsius for 5-7 hours for the red artichokes to dry completely.
