Microfiber terry fabrics are knitted from microfiber yarns similarly as traditional terry fabrics are made from cotton yarns. Our microfiber terry fabrics are made from AA grade 150D/72F microfiber yarns that are 150 deniers thick, with 72 filaments. In a splitting process, a 150D/72F microfiber yarn would be split into over 1,000 fine micro fibers less than 0.15 denier. Microfiber terry cloths are super soft and highly absorbent. They are great for all purpose cleaning, drying, polishing, dusting, ..., etc.
Microfiber terry fabrics can be knitted with any weights from 150 GSM up to 400 GSM. Summarized below are the most popular weights of general purpose microfiber cleaning cloths in the market, and recommended uses.
220GSM Lightweight
Good for car wash courtesy cloths, reusable cloths in dispenser boxes, utility towels, shop towels. A little thicker than those 150GSM - 200GSM microfiber cloths in the market.
300GSM Commercial
Standard weight and commercial grade. Great for household and commercial cleaning, auto detailing, car wash drying, dairy milking, cafe and restaurant.
400GSM Heavyweight
Premium qualities and the thickest terry fabrics that we can make from AA grade 150D/72F microfiber yarns. Great for various drying towels and auto detailing towels.
260GSM Economy
Ideal for value-price packs of general purpose microfiber cleaning cloths, good qualities and good values. Great for household and office uses.
350GSM Professional
High qualities for professionals, ideal for drying towels, auto detailing towels, salon hair towels, spa bath towels, and beach towels.
Price Explained
Although overhead costs might be negligible for large volume orders, they are considerable with low volume orders. Therefore, our pricing offers vary with order quantities.
For microfiber terry cloths/towels, dyeing costs typically account for 1/4 up to 1/3 of the total costs of the fabrics. They are usually charged, at fixed rates, by full loads of 300 - 350 KGs fabrics. As a result, the unit costs of fabrics would increase for custom orders of less than 300 KGs in total weights. This is why manufacturers impose MOQ requirements of 300 KGs when quoting competitive prices.

Packaging & Shipping
Bulk Packaging: By default, we pack microfiber cloths/towels in bulk with plastic bags: 50 pcs per bag for small sizes (30cm x 30cm or smaller), 20 pcs for medium sizes (e.g., 40cm x 40cm), 10 pcs for large sizes (e.g., 60cm x 90cm), and 5 pcs for extra large sizes (e.g.,80cm x 160cm).
Shipping Cases: Our standard shipping case is 63cm x 43cm x 33cm. We use cases of the standard size to configure the packaging of various microfiber cloths/towels and other microfiber products to minimize the costs of shipping.
