-Hot water method: 1. Pour water into a pot and bring it to 85-95 Celsius. 2. Remove pot from heat. 3. Immerse the gel pack in the
hot water for approximately 3 minutes. 4. Safely remove the pack from water. 5. Ensure the gel pack is dry and insert the pack
into the wrap.

-Microwave Method: 1. Flatten the pack at room temperature and put it in the microwave. 2. Microwave pack on high for 1 minute. 3. Take the pack out and let it stand for 1 minute. 4. Squeeze the gel pack to help the heat of the gel pack spread evenly. If more heat is needed, try microwaving for additional 10-second increments until the desired temperature is reached.5. Put the gel pack into the wrap.
