Dye sublimation is a digital printing technology that has made it possible for high quality full-color printing on polyester fabrics at affordable prices. Being super absorbent and quick drying, microfiber fabrics have become one of the best choices for beach towels. Microfiber is a blend of polyester and polyamide and the percentage of polyester is usually over 80% in most of the microfiber towels being sold in the market. From a variety of microfiber fabrics, we make edge-to-edge full-color printing on beach towels that are durable and won't fade or bleed.
We offer a full selection of the microfiber fabrics from which the most sold beach towels are made, in order to meet demands from customers with different preferences on qualities and costs.
200GSM Microfiber Suede
Microfiber suede fabrics are flat and tightly woven with no pile height.
Microfiber suede towels are lightweight and easy to roll and pack regardless of what you use them for. When used as drying towels after a swim or bath at gyms, they absorb water on bodies effectively.
300GSM Cotton/Polyester
Our cotton/polyester fabrics are single layer fabrics with 100% cotton terry loops on one side and 100% polyester velour on the other side.
This special fabrics offers a great balance of a friendly feel on the cotton side and vibrant full-color printing on the polyester side.
400GSM Microfiber Waffle Weave
Waffle weave towels are made from Pique fabric mimicking a waffle pattern that works like little cups for holding water and moisture.
When waffle weave towels are made from ultra fine microfiber, they are soft, and super absorbent. They are excellent choices for luxury beach towels.
350GSM Microfiber Terry Velour
Heavyweight microfiber terry fabrics are fluffy and soft. They are mostly used to make premium microfiber towels for cleaning and auto detailing.

For better color matches, please send us the Pantone codes associated with the colors of your designs, if available..

Choose the popular GSMs, or request for your desired weights from 200gsm to 400gsm.
Edge
The edges can be overlock stitched, hemmed, band piped.
Label / Tag
Standard labels with prints on polyester or satin fabrics, or luxury woven labels.
Imprinting
Sublimation can be done on single side or both side.
Packaging & Shipping
Bulk Packaging: By default, we pack microfiber cloths/towels in bulk with plastic bags: 50 pcs per bag for small sizes (30cm x 30cm or smaller), 20 pcs for medium sizes (e.g., 40cm x 40cm), 10 pcs for large sizes (e.g., 60cm x 90cm), and 5 pcs for extra large sizes (e.g.,80cm x 160cm).
Shipping Cases: Our standard shipping case is 63cm x 43cm x 33cm. We use cases of the standard size to configure the packaging of various microfiber cloths/towels and other microfiber products to minimize the costs of shipping.

FCL Shipping: FCL stands for Full Container Load. Our forwarding partners can arrange FCL orders to be delivered to customers' warehouses.
Door to Door Delivery: We work closely with our forwarding partners to provide customers with custom clearances and door to door deliveries.
