-\tTemperature in the center of product ≤ -18oC, in solid state. When being thawed, the product has a fine, wet and sticky state with cream white color.
-\tTypical for lychee with cream white color, at the end of the lychee has small part of the lychee with light brown or pink color, without bits of skins or seeds, and free from foreign matter.
-\tCount: 50-60 whole pitted lychee per kg.

Description of main raw material

-\tFROZEN LICHI- IQF LYCHEE PEELED of first grade, produced from fresh and sound lychee, fresh and robust flavor and aroma, cream white colour, at the top of lychee fruit has small part with light brown or pink color, without bits of skin or seeds, and free from foreign matter.
-\tDiamater (Max) ≥ 28 mm, count : 45-55 fruits/kg . Brix ≥ 12o, Acid 0.07-0.5.
