Product Description

Coffee bio-composite is a combination of renewable raw materials and coffee grounds
Coffee bio-composite is a innovative material made from coffee waste and recycled primary plastics. It is a CARBON NEGATIVE MATERIAL and eco-friendly alternative to traditional materials.

Production process: Coffee waste is collected from coffee shop chains and processing factories. The waste is then dried to remove moisture and mixed with recycled plastic to act as a binding agent. The resulting mixture is heated and extruded into pellets that can be further processed using common plastic industry technologies like injection molding, extrusion, and blowing film.

Company Profile

AirX is a prominent Coffee Bio-composite manufacturer that possesses exclusive production capabilities of this material in Vietnam and have exported our products to more than 50 countries. With 5 years of experience in researching and producing Coffee Bio-composite, we have a factory in Binh Duong and our headquarters located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Veritas Vietnam also has our own laboratory to conduct research and meet customer demands by customizing Coffee Bio-composite material and finish products made from this material to orders.

We focus on researching and innovating the use of carbohydrates derived from plant waste to create sustainable materials that meet the needs of modern living. Our materials are designed to be biodegradable, returning to nature at the end of their life cycle. However, they still offer the same level of functionality as conventional plastics, making them an ideal alternative for businesses looking to reduce their environmental impact.

Why Choose Us

Product lifecycle: After making drinks, leftover coffee grounds can be used as feedstock for Coffee Bio-composite production. This material will be used to make various finished products like cups, cutlery,... When these products biodegrade, they turn into harmless substances like water, CO2, and biomass within 12 months, providing nutrients for plant development, including coffee plants which produce feedstock for manufacturing Coffee Bio-composite, to complete the closed-loop life cycle.

Environmental benefits:
- No carbon footprint
- Lowers waste by repurposing coffee and plastic waste
- Tackle plastic pollution
- Biodegrade in12 months

Bussiness benefits:
- Competitively priced through utilization of waste materials
- Meet net zero carbon goals
- Improved brand reputation (green credential)
