"La Ricetta del Gelato di Pa'" is a liquid mixture for UHT ice cream that is ready to be whipped. Thanks to the patented production process, 'La Ricetta del Gelato di Pa' can be stored at room temperature even for long periods of time, until the package is opened, without its organoleptic qualities being compromised.

It was founded in 2014 with the aim of revolutionising the world of ice cream, pastry and confectionery preparations. Thanks to the passion and multi-generational experience of its founding partners, in particular the Branciaroli family, already founder of “Panna Elena” and other historical italian brands in the sector, highly innovative products of exceptional quality have been created.

Production is based on an innovative production process, covered by a European patent, which makes it possible to obtain a final product whose organoleptic qualities are preserved because they are not altered by the thermal shocks typical of normal UHT plants.

The combination of the careful choice of fresh, top quality ingredients and the production process that delicately handles the raw material has allowed Pascal s.r.l. to develop and propose highly versatile long-life UHT products, capable of withstanding uses and transformations with high added value.

The high quality of the raw materials, all coming from the Italian short supply chain and mainly from the Piedmont region, are carefully selected. The choice of fresh local milk, coming from within a 40 km radius of the production plant, guarantees its unparalleled freshness at the time of processing.
