The manufacture output ability be estimated basing on casting 2 shift, extrusion 3 shift and anodizing 3 shift. (8 hours for each shift).

The extrusion line output will be altered by following factor:
1.    Aluminum alloy
2.    Quality of billet.
3.    Profile thickness and size.
4.    extrudable condition. 
5.    lot quantity for each die.
6.    Die design ability.

Two extrusions press one1250 us Tons and 1800 us Tons,product suitable the furniture, plate, windows, doors and curtain wall.
