 Yes, we can add your brand name or logo to the jewelry pieces and we laser mark which gives it a very refined look.

4. Do you accept Custom Designs OEM/ODM?

We highly specialize in Custom Design Manufacturing Services and welcome OEM and ODM. We will develop your design and it can be customized for the base metal (14k Gold, 18k Gold, White Gold, Rose Gold, 925 Sterling Silver, Brass Metal ), Gemstones, Stone Sizes & Setting, Finish, etc

5. What kind of Diamond do you use?

We can manufacture in both Lab Diamond (HPHT & CVD) and Mined Diamond as per the Order Requirement

6. What are your terms of payment?

We accept Bank Transfer. For smaller orders, we accept Paypal. For Ready Stock pieces, our payment terms are 100% Advance. For items that require production, our payment terms are 50% on order and 50% post production before dispatch. We will share the photographs before we request the balance payment. 

7. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

We usally ship Express with companies like Fedex, UPS, DHL and Aramex. Shipping time varies anytime between 4 to 10 working days depending on the country, shipping agency and time taken for customs clerance. Our Customs House Agents are highly exprienced in Jewelry Export Procedures.

8. What is the Production Timeline?

Ready Stock Shipments can be shipped immediately. For items that require production, it can take anywhere between 7 to 25 working days. For custom designs, development time depends on the design. Minimum time required would be 3-4 working days.
