Microfiber fabrics are knitted from microfiber yarns similarly as traditional cotton fabrics are made from cotton yarns. Our microfiber fabrics are made from AA grade 150D/72F microfiber yarns that are 150 deniers thick, with 72 filaments. In a splitting process, a 150D/72F microfiber yarn can be split into over 1,000 ultra fine micro fibers less than 0.15 denier. Silk is typically 1 denier, while human hair is about 20 deniers. Therefore, our microfiber is finer than 1/100th the size of a strand of human hair and 1/6th the side of a silk fiber.
A variety of microfiber fabrics can be woven or knitted for different applications. Although microfiber fabrics vary with texture structures and thickness/weights, they share the common features below:
Effective Cleaning: The fibers in microfiber material are so tiny and dense that they create more surface area for dirt and dust to cling to, making microfiber a superior material for cleaning tasks.
Super Absorbent: Microfiber can hold approximately 6-7 times its own weight in liquid. It quickly absorbs instead of pushing water on a surface, making microfiber a great choice of material for drying towels.
Sublimation Friendly: The best fabric for sublimation is 100% polyester. Microfiber is a blend of polyester and polyamide with the polyester content being over 80% in most cases. Outstanding sublimation print quality can be achieved on microfiber fabrics at affordable prices.
Scratch Free: Microfiber is super soft and completely non-abrasive so they are safe to use on even the most delicate surfaces.
Streak Free: Microfiber is positively charged and attracts negatively charged dirt like a magnet and holds onto it, an ideal material for streak-free cleaning cloths.
Highly Durable: A microfiber towel can be washed 200-300 times before it loses its effectiveness of cleaning.
Eco Friendly: Microfiber cleans effectively without chemicals.
Price Explained
All the prices listed on this product page are FOB China prices associated with the most popular sizes and weights(GSM) at the order quantities equivalent to 300kg of fabrics for individual colors.
We take custom orders at any quantities. We use 300kgs as the total fabric weight of an order only for the convenience of our calculations of fabric costs. Surcharges would be applied for smaller orders and volume discounts be offered for larger orders.
We support customizations. Customers can request for other sizes or weights than what are listed on our product page. Our listed prices should be taken as references when you source for reliable suppliers. Please contact us for our final pricing quotes when you are ready to provide us with detailed specifications of your custom orders,
We provide buyers with door-to-door delivery services for most countries. Buyers are responsible for the costs of international shipping from China and custom duties in the destination countries.
MOQ Explained
As a direct manufacturer, we can take custom orders of any quantities. However, our pricing offers vary with order quantities. In order to offer buyers competitive prices, we take the following steps to keep the costs of fabrics as low as possible:
Custom Made Fabrics
Fabrics are made with the proper widths that fit the sizes of cloths to be produced, to avoid fabric waste in production.
Full Loads of Fabric Dyeing
Since fabric dyeing is charged by loads, we dye fabrics in full loads to minimize the unit dyeing costs.
The regular size containers for fabric dyeing can take up to 350 KGs of fabrics. In practice, we dye fabrics by loads of 300-350 KGs fabrics.
To help you better understand how fabrics weights are associated with counts of cloths, we take the general purpose microfiber cleaning cloths as examples and convert the fabric weight of 300 KGs into counts of cloths with the most popular sizes and GSMs, as shown below:
Color Selection
For custom orders, we can dye fabrics in any colors customers desire. However, it is time and money consuming for us to make new samples of custom colors and then ship them by air to customers for approvals. For quick deliveries of small to medium orders, you are encouraged to select from the following swatch of the vivid colors.

We can meet most of the customization needs customers might have. Listed below are what we can customize microfiber cleaning cloths:
Size
Fabrics are availavel in rolls. We can cut fabrics into pieces of your desired sizes.
Color
Choose colors from our swatches, or send us Pantone codes of your desired colors.
Weight
Choose the popular GSMs we recommend, or request for your desired weights.
Edge
Overlock stitching, edgeless with ultra sonic cut, hemmed edges, or edges piped by fabric bands.
Label / Tag
Standard labels with prints on polyester or satin fabrics, or luxury woven labels, or no labels.
Imprinting
Logo / text can be dye sublimated or embroidered, or debossed.
Packaging & Shipping
Bulk Packaging: By default, we pack microfiber cloths/towels in bulk with plastic bags: 50 pcs per bag for small sizes (30cm x 30cm or smaller), 20 pcs for medium sizes (e.g., 40cm x 40cm), 10 pcs for large sizes (e.g., 60cm x 90cm), and 5 pcs for extra large sizes (e.g.,80cm x 160cm).
Shipping Cases: Our standard shipping case is 63cm x 43cm x 33cm. We use cases of the standard size to configure the packaging of various microfiber cloths/towels and other microfiber products to minimize the costs of shipping.

Air Shipping: We ship by air all small orders below 50 kgs in total (dimensional/actual) weights. For sample orders, we typically charge $50 to cover the costs of sample production, shipping and handling.
LCL Shipping: LCL stands for Less than Container Load. We have been working with our forwarding partners to provide customers with door-to-door deliveries of LCL orders by sea or rail.
FCL Shipping: FCL stands for Full Container Load. Our forwarding partners can arrange FCL orders to be delivered to customers' warehouses.
Door to Door Delivery: We work closely with our forwarding partners to provide customers with custom clearances and door to door deliveries.
LCL Shipping: LCL stands for Less than Container Load. We have been working with our forwarding partners to provide customers with door-to-door deliveries of LCL orders by sea or rail.
FCL Shipping: FCL stands for Full Container Load. Our forwarding partners can arrange FCL orders to be delivered to customers' warehouses.
Delivery Time: Orders can be delivered approximately in 1-2 weeks by air or 4-6 weeks by sea or rail. The actually delivery time varies with countries/destinations.
Door to Door Delivery: We work closely with our forwarding partners to provide customers with custom clearances and door to door deliveries.
