MENTAI-IWASHI (Stewed Sardine with Spicy Fish-Eggs)
Mentai Iwashi is made from only the freshest sardines which are baked, boiled, and finished in the kanro-ni style. The delicious flavor is a result of the skillful blending of traditional seasonings such as soy sauce and starch syrup. Salty-sweet taste of stewed sardine will go very well with spicy seasoned cod roe.
