BUMBU RUM XO

Bumbu Rum is handcrafted from a blend of sugarcane selected from eight countries throughout the West Indies and South America. It is aged up to 15 years to achieve exceptional balance and smoothness, without sacrificing richness and complexity typical of the Barbados distillery.

Color: Amber. Nose: Notes of caramel, toasted oak, vanilla. Taste: Orange zest, peppery spices, hint of coffee. Finish: Long lasting. Bumbu The Original can be used neat, on ice or as an ingredient in cocktails.

The name Bumbu refers to those blends of local rum, herbs and spices prepared by sailors traveling the Caribbean in the 16th and 17th centuries, a delicious drink they called "Bumbu".

Bumbu XO rum is a blend of rums aged up to 18 years in Bourbon barrels and then in white oak Sherry barrels from Andalusia in Spain.
