Production Process

1. The formed heating plate is automatically closed and opened, and can be started after the heating plate is put down, limiting the waste of materials to the range of one version.


2. Cylinder heat sealing, and the anilox roller is automatically increased by the cylinder when the machine is stopped. It eliminates the deformation of blister caused by thermal radiation during stay, facilitates the cleaning of anilox roller, plays a buffer role in overpressure, and is conducive to prolonging the service life of machine.


3. Rolling heat sealing, the bubble cover is loaded with tablets and aluminum foil through two rollers together, the two rollers contact into a line, the contact area is small and the relative pressure is large, so that the heat sealing is more thorough. The contact area is small and the heating time is short, which makes the speed of the whole machine faster, which is one of the advantages of the heat sealing of the collection drum. The heat sealing roller is equipped with a constant temperature heating rod, which is used to heat the heat sealing roller. The heating rod is controlled by the automatic temperature control system so that the constant temperature error is only one time. The aluminum roller mold will be heated in contact with the heat sealing roller for a long time, and air cooling is adopted to avoid the leakage phenomenon of previous water cooling.


4. Automatic alarm and shutdown of PVC completion and fragment, and emergency stop safety device are equipped at the same time, which improves the safety of operators in debugging and changing models.


5. Batch number, a variety of fonts are optional for you to buy, the number of batch numbers designed by the machine mostly meets the needs of customers, the words typed by the strength ambassador are clearer, and the roller machine is synchronized to make the position of batch number more accurate.


6. All parts and charging hoppers in contact with drugs are made of 304 or 316 stainless steel and non-toxic materials, which meet the requirements of "GMP".


7. The rotation angle of the stepping die behind the servo stepping die blowing (that is, the length of the brought bubble) is consistent with the rotation angle of the stepping die above the die (the length of the bubble transferred to the die), achieving section synchronization. The wrong version slitting changes the longitudinal waste edge into 1 mm, which can save more than 440,000 RMB of materials according to the production of 8 hours and 2 shifts per day for one year. The slitted version is orderly sucked into two rows of conveyor belts by the rotary suction plate device, and the blister plate is transmitted to the cartoner bin, which facilitates the lower cartoning process.


8. The heat sealing roller will automatically mention that the high position is detached from the mold, and will not drop in case of sudden power failure and gas failure; the hot steel station will also automatically detach the hot plate and PVC to avoid scalding the drug.


9. Machine protection device:

• In case of lack of PVC and aluminum foil, the machine will stop automatically.


• In case of lack of drugs, the machine will automatically alarm.


• Insufficient air pressure, automatic alarm and shutdown of the machine.


• No matter which temperature exceeds the limit temperature, the machine will automatically cut off the heating system and protect the electronic control system from damage.


• The PLC system has helpful information to make your operation more handy. 

 Main advantages
The mold is guided by a T-slot, and the adjustable handle is quickly locked without the need for any tools such as a wrench. The complete set of dies including molding, heat sealing, batch number, mechanical molding, secondary heat sealing, die can be completed within thirty minutes, and the parallelism between dies is automatically aligned without adjustment.
