Project Process
1. According to your requirements of steel structure buildings, our professional architect team will draw Architectural Drawings and 3D Effect graphs to show the architectural appearance more intuitive, then finally get the optional prefab building design plan.
2. After your confirmation, optimization would be done according to the stress analysis and the steel structure calculation of the architectural design plan, to ensure the safety performance of the steel structure building with the most reasonable amount if steel and the most reasonable way to connect.
3. After the final steel structures' architectural design, our Engineering Estimators will make statistics on the total cost of the project according to the drawings, determine the overall cost of the project, and compile the budget list for you to confirm the order.
4. Deep designing would be conducted based on the steel structural drawings and architectural drawings. Using Tekla structure(X-steel) computer-aided software, 3D models would be bulit to design the Production Drawings for each component, so that the production could be facilitated accuratly and avoid the component collision problem effectively during the later construction.
5. Our production department will make production strictly in accordance with the construction drawings, ans delivery all the components according to Dispatch Order.
6. A complete set of Installation Drawings will be provided. If you need, we can also provide installation service.
We have our own Longitudinal Shearing Machine so that we can arrange most of the production process ourselves, which means we cut the intermediate cost a lot to make our steel structure's price competitive with our peers.
