All poly mailer bags have a designated space for your graphic design. This space depends on the size of the mailing bag you choose.
Each diecut template has that print space exhibited. Remember that your graphic design should never cross the lines of the print space on the diecut template.
Printing on the entire space of a poly mailer is possible only for wholesale orders (min. 5000 pieces). If you would like to order a larger volume of shipping bags, please use our get a quote form.

Q5. What kind of graphic designs can’t be printed on Classic Poly Mailers?
Due to the printing technique and the material used to produce printed mail bags, we print single-colour graphics on them.
Unfortunately, complex elements cannot be printed on Classic Poly Mailers due to the foil material and its paint absorption.
Images, gradient graphics and neon colours can’t be printed on these types of mailing bags either.
