Q1: Are you factory or trading company?
- We are factory and we have two factories in Guangdong province China, one is in Foshan, the other one is in Kai Ping.
Q2: What products do you produce in your own factory?
- We are producing shower panel, concealed rain shower and mixer, faucet and bathroom accessories in our factory.
Q3: Which countries did you export to?
- Our main market are North America and Europe countries. But we also export to South-east Asia, Middle east and African markets and we already had exclusive agent in some countries.
Q4: What is your payment term?
- TT 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before loading. For big order, we can also accept L/C.
Q5: What is the MOQ?
- For normal products in stock, 10 pcs MOQ; If no stock, it will need bigger minimum order quantity.
Q6: What is the general delivery time?
- For products in stock, we can load the goods in 7 to 10 days. Custom-made products will need 20 to 30 days after receiving deposit.
Q7: Can you provide samples before order?
- Yes, sample order is acceptable. The buyer will pay the cost of sample and freight.
Q8: How about the warranty of your products?
- We offer 5 years warranty for all the products from the day of loading.
