Basic information:

PK 1: Our factory is use 0.12mm vinyl material for the normal sticker, but most of other factory only uses 0.06-0.08mm material.

Our material is more thicker and more durable. (Die cut sticker and digital print sticker will use 0.1mm vinyl material) Our 0.16mm vinyl material is higher quality.

PK 2:  When you folding the sticker like the following picture. You can see the JJC sticker is more soft and more flexible, the folding place will be recover to flat slowly, but the other factory material is too rigid and it will be very hard to recover.

PK 3:  Our 0.12mm maximum temperature is 75 degree, normally use for indoors or outdoors temperature less than 40 degree.      Our 0.16mm material maximum temperature is 120 degree, normally use for indoors or outdoors temperature more than 40 degree.But the other factory normally will not tell you what temperature their material can use,because most of them can only use indoor about 40-50 degree maximum.The strong sunshine and high temperature will hurt their surface film, then the sticker color will be fading.

PK 5: We are using the best machine to make the sticker. 

For the digital printing sticker,we use Germany Heidelberg print machine to make it, the color will be very good.

For the die cut sticker, we use Japan Mimaki CG 60SR die cut machine to make it, the angle details will be very good.

For the inkjet printing sticker,we use Japan Mimaki JV5 inkjet printer to make it,the picture will be more vivid and exquisite

The 0.12mm,0.16mm vinyl material is normally have 5 layers.
